    No. If you can get a brand new i7-2500k for £150, you could immediately Ebay it for £215. I've never seen it for less than £230 new. Typically it should outperform the 3570k when both are overclocked.

    If you're just gaming and you can get the 3350P for £100. Get that, I don't think I've ever seen it for less than £125. That's basically an Ivy-bridge quad-core for £10 more than a dual-core i3.
