found what i consider to be a really big flaw in the app. it isn't possible to change the location of the library structure, it's fixed to:
$MyDocuments\My Music\iTunes\iTunes Music\
Edit->Preferences
Under Advanced, there's a display of the current iTunes music folder location and the option to change it.
