    So, I've had a first scan through my photos from a trip to Florida. Main reason for the trip was to see one of the last shuttle launches - hence my 600mm mirror lens acquisition. I've not had time to process the photos yet beyond auto levels in lightroom, but here are three sample ones. All were taken from Titusville, about 12 miles from the launchpad.

    There are two launches left - if you can get to see one of them I really recommend it - an absolutely awesome sight (in the truest sense of that phrase). I've geotagged the location of the shots, since it's really hard to get tickets to the NASA complex on launch days.
