Hamilton did that lap as part of a 6 lap run. Fuel alone would have had him pretty much at 1:20 on a qualifying run. Even with the rule changes they'll be faster than last year.
1:19's around Barcelona are the things of double-diffusers and wild-ass engine maps. I'd be surprised.
