Bond was meant to be chased by both MI5 and the US who wanted to kill him right? So why is it that the only time they actually seemed to do anything, was when he either walked up to them in his room and gave them a wave or gave them a call to ask them if they wanted to meet up with him and chase him for a couple of minutes. |
The pacing issue seemed to be that the film just went at whatever leisurely pace Bond wanted. There was no urgency. Bond could have flown off to a tropical island, relaxed for a few weeks and carried on later.
And the evil organisation that from the trailer we knew had people everywhere, by the end of the film we've learnt the shocking truth that they also like money. Wow.
