    I was gonna leave it there but i may as well qualify my statement. To see perfectly fluid movement on a monitor you do not need anything more than 60 fps. Frankly the eye cannot see the gaps between frames at that speed. At 30fps you can see depending on the source material - pc monitors pretty much yeah, tv and films pretty much no. It aint an exact thing, everyone's different but generally :)
