Oof. The boundary dispute hasn't been much of a dispute, everyone seems happy enough to agree it's where the wall is and not the stupid shape on the deeds. But, because it was all going too smoothly, the sellers solicitor has told them that it'll cost Ł1200 to update the deeds to reflect this unanimous agreement. Obviously the sellers don't want to pay that, and they don't want to move the wall either as it means pulling up the row of trees planted beside it. I on the other hand have no intention of going ahead until it's sorted because it'll just come back and bite me in the ass when I go to sell.|
I've paid Ł1000 in mortgage arrangement fees. Can I get those back now if the sale doesn't go ahead?
