As ill-fitting as the Miis may be in games like Zelda, Resident Evil, Metroid et al, I for one would love to see them used more in games. I know Wii Animal Crossing is meant to use them, but surely they'd actually fit quite nicely into anything with a moderately cartoon style. Mario, for instance, I think would still work quite well in a Mii universe.

Likewise any multiplayer game would be improved by using the Mii faces instead of "Player 1", "Player 2" etc, even if they don't feature in the in game graphics.

I wonder if Sony's Home avatars will be used in game?

Or of course, a mildly disturbing Pikmin 3 option allowing your Favourite Mii to don a space suit and pluck your other Mii's out of the ground -TO DO YOUR EVIL BIDDING-. Because that would be totally normal.

Surely it would be easy to use the Mii info, eg. hair colour, moustache, etc, and change the style to use in a particular game? Well, easy if Nintendo let developers use the Miis too.

As a developer, one of the funnest things to do is to mess around with the game you're working on, e.g. writing rude words on the textures.

Sounds like this will be Nintendo’s take on home... Your Miis running around in the environments of the games you own maybe? Of course you would have to add their friend codes every time you wanted to go some place new... ;)
