Xbox avatars get GTA IV clothing
To celebrate Lost and Damned release.
A new range of GTA IV avatar clothing has appeared on Xbox Live to celebrate the release of The Lost and Damned.
Gentlemen can dress up in a rocker jacket and pixie boots, plus grunge pants or metal combats and a top hat. Then why not finish off your look with a lovely ring in the shape of a skull.
For the ladies there's a punk t-shirt, sixties boots, leopard print leggings, biker jacket and a skull wrist band. In addition, feather earrings and biker gloves are available to all.
All the items can be downloaded now for no money at all. The Lost and Damned DLC, however, will cost you 1600 Microsoft Points (GBP 13.60 / EUR 19.20). Find out why it's worth the money by reading our review.

Not that my avi would suit any of that stuff anyway, but I appreciate the option.

Personally not mad keen to wear trousers up to the nipples with a tucked in salmon shirt, or some sort of rave/goth mix but maybe that's just me...
Still as DFawkes says, at least it's free. They should just let game developers do their own "premium" avatar clothing (pending approval from MS/Rare).

Although, I want more hair choices, not more clothes. When will the curly haired gentleman be catered for?

Promo material.
There should be Ryus, Blankas, Chun-Lis and Kens running around in Home right now.

No. I do not. Wish. To pay. For avatar clothing.
My point is that it would likely be less shit if they actually let developers have a bit more say in what is created, and since all of it would have to go through the MS/Rare machine, the mechanic I saw for that happening would be a minor fee (a la picture packs - which really, really are a load of shite).
Looking at the feedback, riz23 and Ryze have better ideas than MSPs.
Someone should message those gimps at SentUaMessage (although that seems to exist purely so they can circle jerk over already long-announced titles as if its somehow "news" - which it probably is to the illiterate teenagers that usually write in...
