XBL Game Room dated for March

Perfect Dark and Scrap Metal out then too.

Microsoft has said Perfect Dark, Scrap Metal and the new Game Room feature will launch on Xbox Live in March.

They'll be part of the Xbox Live Arcade Block Party release, which we suppose is another name for the spring dashboard update, or something. Get a life.

Perfect Dark returns from the N64 with fancy new graphics for Xbox Live Arcade.

Scrap Metal is the new game from N+ (XBLA) developer Slick Entertainment.

Game Room allows Xbox Live Gold members to build their own virtual arcades, buying cabinets to populate their amusement areas with and inviting friends over to play.

    Looking forward to Arcade Crossing.

There'd better be some really gaudy carpets to choose from!

So they've announced and got a date for this in one month or so, yet Joyride is still nowhere to be seen 2 months after it was supposed to be here?

I think everyone just wants a good online kart-style racer that isn't on the Wii.

Just popped in to say I couldn't care less. I'd appreciate if they spent money on stuff that matters - oh and why the fuck is sent you a message squeezed into a tiny box these days?

    - yeah, cancel this shit and make the good stuff better

Are Rare based in Siberia? March is the aforementioned "Winter" release?

I think I missed this bit, so you have to £30 a year for the privilege of being able to buy these arcade games?

Yes, people are still looking forward to Joyride, as woodnotes said, it will be good to have something free similar to MarioKart off of M$. I think it might have a little to do with the fact its still not here. What you can't have, you want and all that.
I can see the point of this new arcade idea from M$'s point of view, as a money maker. There are always idiots with no sense who love to spend loads of small amounts of money on cack games, with the promise of a couple of good ones in there somewhere. As for me, no thanks. I got brains.
Don't do M$ points, thanks. I realised a long time ago what a rip off they were. When they change the system, I'll look into it.
