World of Kung Fu to launch soon News
MMO PC News by Oli Welsh
Free-to-play marital arts MMO World of Kung Fu will officially launch on August 1st, according to the game's website.
The game's been in open beta testing for a good few months now, and is by all accounts an accessible take on classical Chinese mythology, with a design strongly influenced by World of Warcraft.
The latest update to World of Kung Fu has added eight new maps, increasing the size of the game world by a quarter, and raised the level cap to 80, so there seems to be plenty of content in there.
It's always hard to sort the wheat from the chaff in the world of freebie MMOs, but this one looks quite interesting to us. We'll be taking a closer look soon; in the mean time, check out the game's official media page.
