Why does the PS3 version of this game not come with a free demo on the PlayStation Store when there is a demo on XBLA?

I played the demo (which incidentally doesn't support two player...) and thought this was extraordinarily average. Assault Heroes kicks its arse in every, especially graphically. Quite an achievement considering that AH was 50mb and this bollocks was over 130!

Its better or at least on par with Assault Heroes imo. 7/10 is about right imo. If your a Capcom/Street Fighter2 fan (beta) you cant go wrong with this one. If you want an easy 200/200 look elsewhere. Only hardcore gamers may apply.

I enjoyed the demo.

Can anyone tell me if the lack of PS3 demo is across the board for this XBLA style of title? If so , for shame Sony!

As I understand it, this should go up on the Euro PSN Store as a trial version that allows you to purchase an unlock key, as well as a full version sold as a standalone. So you can either just buy the game straight from the store, or download the trial and then buy the key to turn it into the full version.
I think this means you should be looking for the free demo under "trial version" in the paid bit of the store, if that makes any sense.

Why is it like this? Because of reasons.

Must be played 3 player co-op online! Completely livens up the game. :) On 360 obviously. Although.. it seemns to have shared lives which makes it pretty tough and co-operation not optional.

Got this yesterday and I have to say, great co-op. Oddly reminiscent of Halo 3 co-op bizarrely. And also a real flashback to Mercs on the Arcade/Megadrive.
