What about localisations? One version for Europe same as most of their SKUs? Or will I only be able to play in German if I download them from my German Wii?

Psst! Your price for Star Soldier R is wrong... ;o)

LostWinds is a superb title. Very chilled with a nice relaxing pace.

As for demos, there is a demo of Dr Mario and Germbuster but it appears to only work if a friend owns the full price game...

not really a demo. Allows you to play for free in a 2 player game with someone who's bought the game.

I will definitely be downloading LostWinds tonight.

This is a promising start and I really hope it delivers some good stuff over its lifetime.

Downloaded LostWinds before work this morning, played it for about 45 mins, great game :) must buy IMO.

However it took 240 or so blocks leaving me with a few remaining, anybody know about backing up to SD card? never bothered looking into it until now! Basically do I just copy VC/WiiWare games over to the SD card then delete them from the Wiis storage, and move them back over when I want to play them again?

@ryohazuki1983 - That is exactly how the SD back-up works and can definitely be recommended for those with a couple of main channel downloads and a raft of VC titles so that you can make space for the WiiWare. LostWinds and FFCC have basically filled my remaining internal space, even with deleting the majority of my N64 VC games...

Oh, and spazmo, as for the Dr. Mario demo, strictly speaking it is still a demo albeit a particularly crippled one ;o)

so with the SD card, can I move all my saves to it and the Wii will be able to pick them up ? What can the Wii use the SD card for - just photos ? i.e do you have to copy stuff back from the SD card before you can use it ?

@mattyduk - No, at the moment, you can only use an SD card for back-up only. If you want to play a VC/WiiWare game or use a Wii save, this will have to be on the Wii's internal memory. There are rumbles afoot that this may change around E3 (with possible announcements of an external HDD for the over-eager VC fan!)

Loving Lost Winds....It would be great to see some of this stuff implemented in 2D Mario/Metroid/Castlevania Wiiware games. Some of the wind stuff would work very well on a morphball.

I was in two minds about FFCC, then gave it a download when some 1000 point cards were available on the star point thing.

I played it for 7 hours last night. 5 hours straight. A really simple game to play, but I just couldn't put it down.

It stopped me from playing more of Lostwinds. O_O
