But still no more details of PS3 RPG.

Sony has confirmed White Knight Story will be released this financial year - so before April 2009, in other words.

The confirmation came during the PlayStation Business Review meeting held in Tokyo today, according to Videogaming247.

White Knight Story is an RPG being developed by Level-5. Little else is known about the game so far - but you can view some videos over on the gamepage.

I am interested. Isn't this made by the same team that made Dragon Quest 8: Journey of the Cursed King? That's my favourite PS2 game of all time, I think.

It'll be disappointing if this isn't out before the end of 2008. At this rate we'll end up getting FFXIII before WKS.

Aretak - there's no way this will be out before the end of '08. Even if it were released in Japan this year, we'd still have the requisite 9 month wait for the PAL release.

I reckon we'll get it next September-ish. How depressing, me loves Level 5.
