Where the Wild Things Are game coming

To tie-in with the new Spike Jonze movie.

A videogame tie-in for Where the Wild Things Are is on the way.

That's according to the website for developer Amaze Entertainment, which reveals the game is coming to "all console platforms". Amaze's previous credits include the videogame version of Lemony Snicket: A Series of Unfortunate Events.

The book of Where the Wild Things Are has become a classic since it was first published in 1963. A movie version directed by Spike Jonze is due to hit cinemas this October, and you can have a look at the trailer over on Slashfilm.

It's not clear who will publish the game, but a simultaneous release with the film seems likely.
