/ponders on how many of those Wii games will turn out to be utter drivel... ummm...

Anyway, got Okami already and Super Smash Bros. Brawl is pre-ordered from GAME for this Thursday/Friday but other than that there's very little of interest for me on the Wii until perhaps Wario Land: The Shake Dimension in late September. The title of that game alone intrigues me but I hope it's better than the shallow GameCube effort.

Smash Bros Smash Bros! I know it's old news but YAY!

Also I didn't know Rock Band was coming out for the Wii until I read it just now :O I might pick it up for the Wii actually - despite have a 360.

Also WOO! Civilization Revolution coming out for the DS! Hope it's good.

Too many releases!!!!!!!! Everyones jumping on the Wii band wagon, sadly most will swamped and forgotten. Maybe the cheap cost and speed of development on the Wii is a bad thing means people can through games out the door with out really thinking about it.

I've been waiting on Radio Helicopters' UK release, nice to see. I'm guessing there are lots of other people waiting for it too. Anybody? No? Oh.

Hmmm... comparatively little there that I'm actually interested in.

Smash Bros, yes. Wario Land, maybe - one to wait for the reviews on. No sign of Wii Music? DS is similarly quantity over quality, it seems. Civ Rev DS I'm certain to get but I was kind of hoping for Elite Beat Agents 2 and Puzzle Quest: Galactrix to pop up on the list. No joy.

There's actually surprisingly little first party stuff. Hopefully there'll be something new and exciting coming out of E3.

I think it's obvious that Europe are going to miss out on a certain title in 2008 which America/Japan will get! and Animal Crossing comes into my mind.

I'd love it far more if they could put out these release lists and take out any that the reasonably do not expect to get higher than 50% on average...

Pretty poor for July/August(quality wise)..but I suppose it always is on most platforms.

Nice to see "WarioLand Shake" dated and only a couple months after Japan (surprised it wasn't longer as I assume they will have to dub the cartoon cut scenes).

Very little interesting, but can say the same about the other two consoles upcoming schedules too.

Gears 2 may be the only game I'm looking forward to at the moment.

For some reason I read that as 'The Shark Dimension'

... man, that would have been a lot better.
