Yes eg, please bring some meat on the skirmish single player next time around. Unsocial people have buying power too. BTW: Hillarious Batman-comment.

I agree, I think it's a shame they're going traditional with the multiplayer. It'll still be great, though, I'm sure.

"Not a good opening. There is nothing more cringe inducing than hearing slightly nerdish people talk about how "mental" they are, just because they got pissed once and nicked a Batman movie poster out of a bus stop shelter window."

Ah, but it's not just that, they also have two traffic cones, a "Danger: hard hat area" sign and this flashing amber light they took from some roadworks! Man, they're completely crazy! You never know what they'll do next! Woooo! Spring Break! Wooo! Etc.

I'm not convinced about the single player campaign, it sounds more like Dungeon Siege than an RTS. I like the "no base building" thing but I don't like the sound of only controlling 4 squads, particularly because in all the demo videos I've seen so far a marine squad is now, apparently, only 3 guys. I just don't think that it'll have the same epic feeling that the first one did. With only 13 marines (including the commander) I don't think we'll see those awesome tyrannid horde shock-attacks that I first envisioned when I heard they were in the game.

Still, we'll see.

I can't really think of Relic ever making a poor game in the past before.

"@Schiraman, listen closer and you'll hear the smug Librarian say

Knowledge is power, I did well."

Actually it's "Knowledge is Power, HIDE it well."

Warhammer 40k with No base building, the way it should have been from the start.

All about points and how to spend them well!

"Alcoholism's a strong word... but we're a rowdy studio," says Dawn of War II's charismatic lead designer Jonny Ebbert, who has just been telling us about how a fifth of them got thrown out of their own Christmas party, and how when they're not being manhandled by bouncers they like to "knock each other out or smash stuff; all kinds of crazy shit"

I'd like to fill out an application? :)

I wasn't sure about the new direction Relic was taking with this game, but each new preview makes me feel like it is absolutely the best thing to do with the series.

My current PC barely runs Dawn of War I, but this game might tempt me to finally get a new one.

Alright then.

See it next year in a crappy Discovery documentary series! When gamemakers go bad!

That was a joke in response to Schiramans comment of

@BobsUncle: actually that's a misquote, if you listen carefully you can hear the Dreadnaught's ultimately carefree spirit bubbling through: "Even in death I still surf."

I see it flew way over your head. Never mind.
