Uwe Boll doing new BloodRayne film?

Kristanna Loken said to be on board.

Notorious movie director Uwe Boll is said to be working on a new film based around our old friend BloodRayne.

According to The Movie Blog, it will be titled BloodRayne 3: Warhammer. There's no explanation as to how the Warhammer thing comes into it and no details of the plot have been revealed. However, word is that Kristanna Loken will return as the titular heroine.

It wasn't really all that hard making a Bloodrayne film. All Uwe Boll had to do was remember what made the game an alright diversion - Vampire Vs Nazis. Simple as that, all he needed was Vampires, and members of the Third Reich to munch on. That's all, and you've at least justified it's existence. How could he get that wrong? And certainly not 3 times in a row!

    Oh...

The Bloodrayne film wasn't all bad... It had Kristanna in a topless sex scene (ABSOLUTELY NSFW!)

So, despite having a record of films renowned for being bad and despite the biggest recession in multiple decades, he manages to secure funding for what'll be another awful film. Meanwhile, I have perfect credit, but can't get a loan because of the recession.

    Shoot me now.

isn't it something do do with the German government giving big tax breaks and concessions to filmmakers, so every time he guffs out another movie he makes a healthy chunk of cash?

I loved the first game, never got round to trying the second...just saying is all.

Ah, the usual Uwe Boll bashing has begun :-)

I think he's not nearly as bad a director as people make him out to be. Sure he's no Kubrick, but there are much worse directors on bigger budgets. He's certainly gone a long way since the awful House of the Dead.
And besides, you can't deny the brilliance of inviting your worst critics to a boxing match and then knocking them out like a whiny bitch, lol :-) And you should see interviews with him, that guy is f'ing hilarious!

"isn't it something do do with the German government giving big tax breaks and concessions to filmmakers, so every time he guffs out another movie he makes a healthy chunk of cash?"
He used to exploit a tax loop in Germany, but that doesn't work anymore since Germany has changed the laws to prevent that.

How can he keep financing these turds? Drug barons who need to white-wash some cash?

Uwe Boll is trying his best to be like Ed Wood... I guess in 40 years people will consider it cult or something.
