Yeah, like others I downloaded the demo and tried to get online and despite finding half empty lobbies, just kept getting the "Server Full" message. I wasn't too bothered about the multiplayer to be honest, I just wanted to see how the game compared to the 360 version. Didn't Capcom even bother to playtest the demo prior to releasing it on the PSN Store? :?

Sounds like Capcom must have outsourced the network code to the same team that implemented SWOS on the 360.

I managed to log on to a server once.
From what i've seen, there is nothing to write home about. I just hope that it was just the demo's fault.

@ Darren:

So how does it compare with the X360 version?

What's the graphics like? What's the gameplay like? Any glitches/jerky graphics? Any slow-down in performance?

This is important, so it would be appreciated if you and hopefully others can share their views. Initial reaction to this game on ThreeSpeech.com was that it was crap, late and not worth the bother!

The thing is, Sony is making a song and dance about a game that's come out a year/18 months later than the X360, and of course CapCom want us all to buy a (very expensive) copy of something you can probably now pick up on the X360 for around £20!

Also, such games have wider implications for the overall 'ports' market, especially if they are poor ports of the original. So, it would be nice to see what gamers who have the opportunity to eval/play/buy both versions, feel about them.

If the demo is an indication of the final product, then it's certainly not good.

Sadly it seems the Capcom PS3 team ain't up to no Burnout Paradise standard! Funny thing is, they managed to make the PC version a power hungry piece of shite too. It's like they didn't bother to use the tricks that game devs have learned and fully documented over the last ooh say 20 years!

Either that or they outsourced to a bunch of muppets!
