Uncharted US demo gets date News

Sony has said we will get the European demo for Uncharted: Drake's Fortune before the end of November, although when exactly is still not decided.

It follows comments made by game director Amy Hennig on the official PlayStation blog that those of you across the pond will be able to download it next Thursday.

There is no word on what will be in the sampler just yet, but we expect it will be a mission or two from the Indiana Jones and Tomb Raider hybrid that maybe involves thumping some baddies in the face and clambering around some mossy old ruins in a jungle. You may even shoot guns.

Uncharted: Drake's Fortune is due out in the UK on 7th December and you can get an exclusive look at it in action on Eurogamer TV now.

i placed my order for this from the states last night. This is probably the game i am looking foward too most at the moment.

Hope the demo, and full game live up to my expectations and Naughty Dogs usual high standards.

Yes she was one of the lead peeps in the legacy of kain series. I have heard in through the grapevine that the next legacy of kain/soul reaver game got canned because she left... oh well ill survive not knowing how it all ends... somehow lol.

A game I've been keeping a close eye on it looks quite decent from the videos and such.

And I agree with Stormflood its a game I actually want to play not just so my PS3 sits idle for too long.

I'm reserving judgement and waiting for the reviews. Edge painted it as a poor man's Tomb Raider...
