European sampler available now.

The European Uncharted 2 multiplayer demo [beta to some - Ed.] appears to have started a day early, with users posting videos of themselves playing on YouTube.

Naughty Dog's Evan Wells spotted the clips and posted them on his Twitter.

"I Just downloaded it and tried to? get online and to my surprise I could actually play," wrote a surprised PixelJimi on the YouTube comments section.

This appears to only be available to those who have special pre-order codes from participating retailers, as you lot pointed out.

No, it's a demo. The beta was running (in the EU) shortly after E3 started.

Its a public beta. So it says when you download it and play it. It is awesome by the way with new modes and maps to play and a store to spend your loot.

Lol @ sadist marking everybody down (gave everybody 1 up for measure.) I can't play the first Uncharted till they fix the firmware so I'll hold off on this for a while, but it does look great.

i got the email from play.com. downloaded but theres only 155people online. had one game, had dinner, now cant get onto any games hopefully they'll be more people in the next few days
