Try Crysis Wars for free next weekend
Or download now and LAN all week.
Crytek will be offering free online trials of Crysis Wars this weekend, starting Friday evening and ending early the following Monday morning.
Also, from today, the multiplayer add-on can be downloaded and played over LAN connections for the entire week before the Gamespy servers open.
Crysis Wars shipped alongside and beefed up the multiplayer options in Crysis Warhead, the standalone expansion to Crysis that we thought was rather fantastic.
And those that already own the PC game can expect "something extra special" during the free trial weekend, according to a Crytek statement.
Pop over to the official Crysis site for more.

Crysis Wars reminds me of FEAR Combat, they haven't been given as much thought as their single player components. Unlike, say, the Splinter Cells.
