4chan is only making a mockery of something that's already a farce, illustrated by the fact that an Indonesian ex prime minister is apparently second. To be perfectly honest, Moot being the most influential is probably not that far out, if considering this a poll of who is influential enough to get the most rabid internet user to fake vote the most, which it clearly is.

Anyway, I wouldn't put Miyamoto high. Even last year's first place was excessive. I mean, I'm all for recognizing his amazing works, but if they wanted to do so, they should have done it in the 80s/90s. Nowaday he isn't really that involved anymore. Last year winner should've been Iwata, if you know what I mean. Wii and DS print money after all. If that isn't influential, I don't know what it is. |

I can't say I was impressed at all with Wii Fit - it would work just as well on the PS3 and Xbox 360 since it rarely uses the Wiimote and is just another add-on based game a la Guitar Heroes or Samba de Amigo - and Wii Music was beyond awful. This is what happens when you sell your soul to the devil, folks. ;) |

Why do you read EG? I'm pretty sure they would disagree with you making them "rabid Nintendo Man Babies" Just because Mario 64, Zelda OOT/MM and Pikmin don't interest you doesn't get rid of the fact that they are considered some of the best games ever made by many.
