Thrillville 2 PC demo now
Build half a rollercoaster.
Developer Frontier has popped a new PC demo for Thrillville: Off the Rails onto the Internet.
It weighs in at a paltry 314MB, and you can get your candy-floss-riddled fingers on it by following directions from the official website.
Off the Rails is the sequel to the Theme Park-like fairground builder from late last year. This time you will be able to construct ridiculously over-the-top rides as well as enjoy all sorts of other nips, tucks and added content.
It will be available on PS2 and PSP again, but will also be joined by new 360, PC, Wii and DS versions.
Thrillville spent a little too much time focusing on simplistic mechanics and mini-games for our liking, but still managed to present a fun few hours of entertainment. Pop over to our Thrillville review to find out more.

Thrillville was the most inspiring games I ever played and number 2 will own everything else.
Forget Bioshock this is the future!

Thrillville OTR demo was one of the worst things I've played this year. All the choice I had was to colour something differently, or put a different themed icon atop a building. I really didn't want to try using that interface to actually design a coaster, so stuck to prefabs.
When I started talking to the punters, they only advertised the game to me over and over, riding the rides was boring, (the minigames were the standout of the whole package, though) and there didn't seem to be enough space to build the stands that visitors said they wanted - close enough to the main walkway, so the AI would actually go to find the nourishment their chart illustrated they so desperately craved.
I liked Theme Park inc, and previous. I enjoyed Rollercoaster Tycoon a great deal, but this came off as far less of a game, and far more shallow than either, but for the same (if not more expensive) price...Nah!
There really should be a TP or RT on virtual platforms.
