Three Killers songs for GHWT News

Xbox 360 PlayStation 3 Wii News by Robert Purchese

14 November, 2008

Activision will add three more songs by The Killers to Guitar Hero World Tour on 25th November.

Among them will be two tracks from the brand new album Day & Age, which happens to launch on that very same day. These songs are "Human" and "Losing Touch", and will be complimented by old favourite "Mr Brightside" from debut album Hot Fuss.

All three together will cost 440 Microsoft Points (GBP 3.74 / EUR 5.28) on Xbox 360, or GBP 3.99 on PlayStation 3.

The songs can also be picked out individually for 160 MS Points (GBP 1.36 / EUR 1.92), GBP 1.49 on PS3, or 200 Wii Points (approx GBP 1.40 / EUR 2).

Guitar Hero World Tour launched across Europe last week, but full instrument bundles were only released today.

Shit, now the decision between Rock Band and World Tour just got that bit harder.

Coojam - if it helps...in my opinion Rock Band is the better game...however I am finding the DLC and the track packs better in Guitar Hero...

Don't think I've heard Spaceman, but if Brightside and Smile Like You Mean it are Rock Ba-ound, then it swings back in that favour. Decisions decisions!

If that is true then Rock Band is clearly the better choice because the new stuff by The Killers is awful.

Smile Like You Mean It FTW.

I must say that Mr Brightside and Smile Like You Mean It for me is a winner - I've heard some of the new album and not too impressed and thought the second album was average at best, especially compared to Hot Fuss

Yeh, and what about their 3rd album that nobody talks about. Still, they covered Dire Straits on that one, so I'll let them off a bit.
