Liked the first, will watch with interest. I did however prefer Django Reinhardt soundtrack on Mafia! great mood music for the time/game.

I'm liking the new rts style addition... As long as it remains that, an addition. Even if I'm the Don I'd still want to be able to wade in guns blazing with henchmen.

God Father on the Wii was incredibly good fun. It's a shame most of the sandbox mechanics were so weak. If they could tighten up the missions, then another Wii version would be top-notch-a-splotch.

"EA are determined to make you feel like a criminal - and the company's back-catalogue suggests they should know what that's like."

Did EA give you shitty muffins to eat at the viewing or something? sounds like there was a lot of hate ;)

Looking forward to Wii version, even though I have a 360, if its as fun as the first game then it will be smiles all round

Isn't the license something of a white elephant here? There's no way in hell a game based on any existing technology or development model could ever hope to be up to the standard of the original film(s), and that's leaving aside the debate over whether it's an appropriate film to adapt as a game at all. Surely this game, and the last, might well have generally been better recieved if it hadn't used licensed names or original cast members and simply made its own plot in a similar setting, as Mafia did. Would concievably have left more cash for actual development too, rather than paying for big name VAs.

EDIT: There are typos in the article. Seriously, if you need a proofreader, EG, there are plenty out there. I'd offer to do it myself but I'm otherwise engaged with uni for the next two years.

how can they make such a load of bollocks out of such an amazing licence? utterly awful screenshots, looks like a port of a crap looking ps2 game! and what's sly doing in there?

LOL! a bit extreme! but I agree with you!

Maybe some kind of mass suicide is in order with this as a backdrop. ;)
