wow i think i only ever played this series years ago on an arcade machine... some bloke in an orange cap and jacket... kinda good for the time... must of been early ninetees tho... keep my eye on this

How many times have we been promised a complete overhaull for KoF eh?

Well, I guess it did happen with Maximum Impact..... sort of. I'm not sure that counts though.

/Still wont be supprised if the new game just has the old sprites passed through a horrible blur filter.

all 2D fighters that go 3D have failed.. Unless they are going to rip off DOA or Soul Caliber it could be poor... Jsut look at that recent Mortal Kombat 3D game - compelte tosh.

hi res characters this time please!! Guilty Gear has been doing it for years now - no excuses! Surely it would be easier on the artists too to an extent.

As much as I like KOF XI, the visuals make my eyes bleed. This redesign is, therefore, welcome news.

Yeah, what's the point of finely honed gameplay and immense playability if the sprites are a bit blocky?
That'd sure ruin any game for me!

SNK redrawing all its sprites for a 2D KoF game? I'll believe it when I see it.

If they do, though, I'm definitely interested.
