Think I'm the only fan. While not perfect by any means it's a decent first attempt at an rpg. And (this is coming from a massive ES fan) the world is so much more diverse and interesting than Oblivions and possibly morrowinds.

Shouldn't they try to get the 360 framerate just a little higher up than 10-15 fps before they start talking about expansions? :)

People complaining about framerate issues in Mass Effect (and there certainly are some) should give Two Worlds a try. Even with the latest patch it's horrible - which is a shame really, because if the abysmal framerate didn't give me a splitting headache, I actually think there might have been a somewhat decent RPG in there (well, if you can manage to tune out the voice "acting" as well anyway :)).

I don't think I'll be "tempted" by this expansion. While the game itself was OK (on the 360), the numerous technical issues really did let this game down in a serious way - the framerate was dreadful, even post-patch - and I very much doubt this expansion will fix them.

To the EG staff: try to sit down, play the game, get over the technical issues and see that it is a good game. Maybe you will stop having some lame bashing in every TW related article. Thanks.

Btw. which game does not advertise itself as a "smash hit"?

Well Two World's is clearly a 'smashed' (as in broken) hit so they only missed off the 'ed'. LOL

This expansion seems terribly in conceived at best.

I like Two Worlds a lot. It has a lot more charm and personality than Oblivion for starters. As LonesomeRoad correctly points out, the world is far more diverse. It's a pleasure to explore it. I too am bored of the EG Two Worlds bashing. Sure, technically it's clunky and needs some serious work, but at its heart is a very charming game with a lot going for it.

Have to agree with some of comments here, TW is a good ( very good ) game struggling to be seen through an admittedly poor frame rate.

Have played through it three times now ( since it's original PC release in Germany earlier this year, twice) and once on Xbox360. It really does try to do things that other RPGs don't, and that's to offer a more reactive and dynamic world.

Don't get me wrong, the framerate on 360 is poor, but look beyond that and you have a ( cliched comment coming up ) Flawed Classic .

Regards the criticisms of the voice acting, again, I think many people missed the point, it is supposed to be wry and ironic much of the time , hence the ham acting, just listen to the comments or funny noises the hero makes when he ressurects from a death , definitely written for laughs.

As so often is the case, EG reviewers got it wrong, and EG fan boys ( EDGE readers the lot of you, and yes, thats an insult ) got it wrong.

I for one look forward to the mission pack for TW.

I'll cast my lot with the majority of the comments thread here.

I don't usually comment... but seing EG unnecessarily thrash the game ("Have some dignity") got me a little riled up =)
