Superbikes heading to PC, 360

And PC, PS2 and PSP.

MOTORBIKES. In this case, superbikes. Koch Media has alerted us to the fact that SBK '07: Superbike World Championship will land on Xbox 360 and PC in Q4 of this year.

PS2 and PSP versions will also be released in Q2. All of them will take advantage of the official world superbikes licence, and are being put together by Milestone Interactive.

Koch is distributing the game for publisher Black Bean Games, but the latter's managing director Chris Mehers reckons the developer's "ability to produce stunning bike games combined with a powerful licence" will be enough to give it the edge in a niche that already has several strong titles, including Climax's MotoGP series (published by THQ) and Polyphony/Sony's Tourist Trophy.

Expect to hear more about the game SBK '07 (no relation to SBK: Snowboard Kids, obviously) in the near future.
