Suda 51 collaborating with Square Enix
Grasshopper leaps back into action.
No More Heroes and Killer 7 creator Goichi Suda, better known as Suda 51, may be collaborating with Square Enix on an upcoming title.
His studio, Grasshopper Interactive, lists past and present partners on its website (picked up by Kotaku). One of them is the Final Fantasy maker, although question marks fill the space where a game name should be.
Suda hasn't made anything since the refreshingly original and well-received No More Heroes on Wii.
EA has announced a partnership with him and Grasshopper, though, to produce a multiformat action horror title. Resident Evil and Clover Studio hero Shinji Mikami will be involved in that, too.

I have No more heroes at home. Along with MadWorld. Just not had time to play them!

Incidently, I think he did make Fatal Frame IV for the Wii didn't he? I'm not sure it was released over here yet which puzzles me to no end.

Killer 7 was just getting enjoyable when it decided the last level should be a case of holding A to run through confusing cut scenes that made no sense.
I gave up on No More Heroes when I got to the third boss because she was a cheap bitch who one hit killed me every time I (very slowly) got her down to a third of her health.
So basically I couldn't be any more apathetic of two companies whose games I don't like are collaborating. Well I suppose I could be apathetic enough to not make a comment at all, but where's the fun in that?

Killer7 could be likened to a David Lynch movie, where repeated viewings (or playthroughs) can inspire greater understanding. It wasn't made to be fully understandable in one go.
I take it you were playing NMH on the harder difficulty? It's a lot less stressful on the easier setting. I think the end-end boss still has a one hit kill attack which did get me when he was something like a sneeze away from dying. Now THAT was annoying... I still beat him though in the end

I did the same thing with the third boss. For hours and hours she one-hit killed me. Then I started the entire game over on the easy setting and it was a blast!!! I suggest you do the same

Also, Square Enix and Grasshopper??? Strange bedfellows indeed considering all the punk attitude Grasshopper seems to be careful about projecting. Then again, their games could use more polish for all the crazy imagination they have and certainly, more money coming from SE (or EA for that matter) might help..
Oh, and also, the third boss in NMH, yes she was hard in the sense that she had this crazy attack when down to one third of her health, but come on, are you men or are you mice?
