Looks like a headfuck. I'm still trying to get my head around the battle-system- is there some kind of story rationale for controlling two characters at once? Multi-dimensional setup, or something?

In the second screen (the zebra crossing), it looks like the player is controlling two characters viewed from different angles in the same location.

I approach this game with a mixture of fear and fascination. It looks good but I reckon I'll be crap at it.

I just hope they ease players into the battle system nice and slowly.
A few battles just using the touchscreen, a few just using buttons, then some really easy ones using both before it starts to get serious.

The artstyle is absolutely beautiful and screams Jet set radio! I really hope it won't take them too long to translate and publish it here in good ol Europe.

Looks quite kick arse. Amazing looking art-work and actually unique gameplay (if it works well that is).

Something tells me this isn't going to be import friendly, so its waiting for the US release me thinks.

"Why is it that these visually striking titles rarely live up to their sales potential? Okami being another recent example of this depressing phenomenon."

@Arbiter: Because most people look at a game for 2 seconds and if it doesn't have people getting punched in the face or shot in the head in it, it doesn't appeal to them. Average Joe has no interest in a game that is actually artistically ambitious, as evidenced today when I was playing Twilight Princess and a guy looked at the screen for all of 5 seconds before saying "what kind of shitty game is that."

I felt like punching something. The market is in a sad state.

As far as I know it'll still be called 'It's A Wonderful World' like before; the name Subarashiki Kono Sekai is just that in Japanese.
