urm... i dunno about this dude. plus choice positions of pubes doesn't help!

initial thoughts are that he looks too comical... but go through the screenies some of his moves seem quite cool. Hmmmm

i think if there wasn't so much definition between where his legs end and body starts, it wouldn't look so weird. They need to enlarge the upper thighs some more!

The more I see SF4 the more worried I become :(

I have a feeling 4 will go the same as 3, start out poor and after a couple of versions Capcom will hit the nail on the head. SF3 was pretty poor at first then along came 3rd Strike which was awesome.

A chubby guy with a fast Chinese style of fighting... I like! He reminds me of the ubercool Cheng (inspired by Sammo Hung from kung fu flicks) from Fatal Fury. All the naysayers make me want to be a master at playing Rufus and kick their asses...

Yes, and nobody played Cheng in Fatal Fury, which was why he was dropped for Fatal Fury 3.

SF3 had a few great characters. Hell, that whole game looked infinitely better than this does.
