Sting playable in Guitar Hero World Tour News

Sting is the latest in a long line of rock-stars to be playable in Guitar Hero World Tour.

That's according to The Sun, to whom the former Police frontman admitted: "I tried to play Guitar Hero and I'm not very good. My kids can do it."

His nod of approval follows deals to replicate Jimi Hendrix, Ozzy Osbourne, Zakk Wylde and Billy Corgan in the Q4-bound game.

Those lucrative signings also tend to grant access to elusive songs for inclusion in the game, such as the live performance of "Purple Haze" by Hendrix.

GHWT just look better and better.
If they don't shaft the EU ala Rock Band it'll do very very well... and I'll be getting it.
Crap 149.99 from Play - with a wired bass controller I don't want. Bugger.

Im not sure ive got enough space for plastic intruments in the house but i agree this game is looking very good.
Especially the track creater (if they can put tunes up online that peeps create then this could be outstanding)

I have ordered from play, I may not want the extra guitar but it still beats paying more in the shop without the guitar, I also had a 5% off voucher and use quidco (look it up) to get soem cash back, maybe I am just being uber cheap.

I bet those who get excited about dross content like this own WWF titles!
Go on own up. You get wood playing as steriod pumped beeftank#2 cos you seen him on TV doing that sweet move on the other wrestler.

groan... Playable 'real' people... Are these socially acceptable barbies for grown men now.
Less fanny'in about with polygonal dollies and more confirmed DLC please...

Sting doesnt seem like a guy who knows how to "rock out", and he is hardly a guitar hero. Whats next? Phill Collins Guitar Hero? Lil Wayne Guitar Hero?
