isn't this a bit like one of the demos they showed when they first unveiled the ds. where you have to draw clouds or something to guide the coins or balloons to mario and stop him from falling into baddies.

uhuh, you dont control yoshi directly - he just walks, your job is to make sure he gets to the end of the level safe.

a bit like that game with the sleep-walking boy and his pet dog (or did i dream that up?)

anyway, you have to circle enemies to turn them into coins, and you can 'draw' clouds which the yoshi can then walk on, you can also draw a line of clouds, and then pull and release the clouds to act as a sort of elastic band to bounce yoshi high up into the air with.

looks interesting anyway.

Wonder how they'll overcome the possibility of getting killed during the screen transition.

The first game I've seen that looks of any interest to me so far.

It just scored 8, 9, 9, 9 - (35/40) in Famitsu. Not bad at all.

Thanks for the info, Tweakmonkey. I think that's the highest score of any DS game from a japanese review source so far.
