    sigh ...

swords, armour, health and mana bars ... doubtless some sort of quest for a special destiny and a magic sword await us?

Is there some bumpf to point out the new bits? Preferably stuff that does NOT mention a "living, breathing world" please?

edit: just seen the tree feller is called an "ent" ... is this a LOTR thing? Or a copyright infingment?

To answer my own question, the website is at [link url=http://www.2-worlds.com

And does indeed feature many bullet points about things that "make the world come to life as has never been seen before"

It looks quite nice and I'm sure it will be fun. But ... wouldn't it be nice if the developers had spent some time creating somewhere new? Orcs, dwarves, an age torn by war, and a dark brotherhood ... it's all so bloody derivative.

Hey, that didn't stop Oblivion from being shat out and given a 10/10.

    What?

Oblivion was shit, what point are you trying to make?
  • Thamuhacha #6 5 years ago

No, it reeeally wasn't. It might not have been perfect, entirely novel or to everyone's tastes. But it wasn't shit in anyway.

Speaking of ripping off LOTR is it just me or does the enemy in the second pic look quite a bit like Sauron at the start of the first film?

This just looks utterly soul-less and by the numbers...

The GUI is a complete rip off from WoW too.
