Can I get my UB765 Bat and bloodily take out opponents with a "Powerpong" shot?
Is it an urban rites-of-passage tale about a table tennis "baller" from the projects?
Or is it just a nice looking simulation of a very dull sport that people only play at caravan parks in Normandy?

and anyway, there aren't enough polys on that ball. you need at least 10,000 for a next gen ping pong ball.

@wallygreennyc : Table Tennis is a game to wax lyrical about, and if you love the game even half as much as comes accross from your post, I think the game will ROCK. It is refreshing to see someone so openly posting in LOVE of something. That said, do you really think the game will be able to provide entertainment to a novice player like me who aspires to play like the pros (i.e. in a non-basement fashion)? Because real-life TT is so easy to get your hands upon, unlike say Basketball or Hockey or Cricket or Football (I am talking about the full deal, with complete teams and stadia), what will be the main attraction for this one?

2nd answer is for stoopidgreg. There are others who were involved in the capture also so there are of course different styles and attitudes when I say most its the very important aspects of the strokes but they are modified when others come to do the motion capture and of course a girl would be totally different so dont worry its a great game, lots of fun!
hey if you guys get the chance please check out Daftfilms.com and go to clips then niche American table tennis. Check it out.
