If I could turn back time, I wouldn't jump into that spike trap.

Excellent! I will pick this up on the weekend then.
Will there be motorbikes in it?

I share the disappointment factor. At the moment with FFTA arriving on import, Golden Sun - Lost Ages reaching it's conclusion (God it's taken a long time!) and Mario's RPG in the wings, I just dont have the time for so - so GBA platformers. The quality on the GBA is so high at the moment, that PoP has it's work cut out ...

?

Where are you, TipTop? It's been out in all regions for weeks now. :-)

GBA PoP does look a lot like SNES Aladdin. Can you unlock the original game in this version as well?

I'm not sure - I don't think so though. I'm pretty sure that feature was tucked away in the PS2 version only.

Edit: Ah here we go, from an old news story - "GameCube/GBA owners will get their hands on the original game and benefit from automatic health regeneration in the Cube title when the two consoles are hooked up together."

But does that mean you can unlock the original on the Cube or on the GBA? On the GBA would be far nicer... :-)

Thought the same thing myself, looking at those screenshots. Funnily enough, that's getting/gotten converted to the GBA too.

It truely is an age of wonder for those of us with a baggy white trouser fetish. MC Hammer must be fiddling himself blind.

If there's one thing I've learned working for Eurogamer, it's that you can't please everybody.

(Note: For everybody read "anybody")

The captions are great. Good job you used the word 'drapes' though as curtains is of course copyrighted to me on this site ;)

"... with FFTA arriving on import ..."

Rather emabarassing really. I bought it on a recent trip to the US ($29 - Rip off Britain maybe an understatement) with Golden Sun,but my wife has hidden the frigging thing cos I, and I quote, 'Can't possibly play 2 games on my GBA at once'. I like to delude myself in to thinking this is an import purchase with the inherent delay ...

FFTA is currently almost glued into my GBA SP (recruited my first Ninja today, yay!), it's definitely worth it even on import, though the European version is out now so you don't have to.

To be quite honest I don't have any problems with the screenshot comments... Isn't it kind of silly to remark on such a thing?

Of course you could say the same to me now when I'm getting involved..?

Never mind..
