    To get Blackbomb Z you have to open the purple mystery data next to the yellow navi in the Sharo-area. Just jack in to the computer in the Sharo Space Station where the guy lies on the ground and walk around. You'll find it eventually. You'll also need a HeatBreath K chip, which you can buy for 5000z in a shop in Netopia Area. Just jack in at the Hotel. I also want to add that this game has some of the worst translation I've seen in a GBA game. It really ruins the allready wafer-thin story.
