• bionutz #6 9 years ago

I clicked it by mistake too :(, made me change my browser to opera.
To solve the problem use Opera (really cool browser) and inside opera press F12 and click on disable plug-ins. That's it.
Coming back to the Golden Sun: is should soon be out, I think.
• otto #7 9 years ago

*spoiler*

Have two of your characters use one of the two 'shield' Djinn alternately - one recovering while the other is used. That way you minimise damage every turn. Use a third character to cast Ply Well every turn, keeping the party at full health. Use your main character (Isaac or Felix, whoever's stronger) to attack every turn with his strongest weapon.
• Alastair #8 9 years ago

Hey, good thinking Batman!
• otto #9 9 years ago

Unfortunately once you've sussed that particular strategy, it takes all the challenge out of the game. Every battle is easily winnable that way. Except when your opponent uses 'Djinn Rush' or something along those lines to put all your djinn on standby - that can suck as you start taking big time damage.
• brutal #10 9 years ago

i defeated dullahan (i think thats whats he's called) - the really hard boss...

man that was tough - took about 2 hours!!!
• otto #11 9 years ago

That the one on the 'all djinn' sidequest? Didn't do that one...
• brutal #12 9 years ago

yeah -- that one's a toughie allright..

unfortunately, he now randomly appears when playing battle mode - making it uber hard and extra long...
• Blerk #13 9 years ago

Does anyone else see no screenies here? I want screenies! :-)
• ssuellid #14 9 years ago

No screenies here either.
• renzo #15 9 years ago

Yep, no screenies.

They seem to have been swallowed up by that lil grey box.

problem solved.

I thank yew...
• Lutz #22 9 years ago

Trident pieces:

One is on the top of the Shrine of the Sea God right where you start.
One is in Tundaria, in the tower. You need to have completed Aqua rock first though.
One piece is in the Ankohl ruins, but you need to have completed Gaia rock first.

If you state which one you're having difficulty with I'll do my best to help.
• otto #23 9 years ago

oi spoiler boy!! Mark those for people who haven't played the game yet!
• Lutz #24 9 years ago

• Lutz #32 9 years ago

Brutal: There's a knack to Dullahan. He can be killed in about 10 minutes, or 5 rounds of fighting. No shit mate.
• Lutz #33 9 years ago

But the "build" of the story wasn't as good IMO
• Lutz #34 9 years ago

Game FAQ's is your friend. Or post your email addy and I'll tell you how to do it.
• Lutz #35 9 years ago

You can only get lift from your second party when you join them, and only if you imported it over.

MegaManEXE. Yes. OK. Never heard of the internet? Oh yes, you have. You're using it.
Go and buy it from Amazon or something.

Ryan, you need to go back to the village that has the boat trapped. Use "burst" on the rock that is holding it in place. This will allow the boat to be freed and the story to continue...
• Lutz #38 9 years ago

It's on one of the islands in the East Ocean I think. Just walk round the world map to it...
• Lutz #39 9 years ago

This game is a little longer than the first, not much though. Saying that there's more sidequests.
Bare in mind it's no FF in size due to memory limits. But it's about the same size of a good 16-bit game.

Kev: I can't really detail how to do teh whole cave. but if you're stuck with bosses etc I can help you.
If you want to know how to get through specific parts go to GAMEFAQ'S. I'm sure that there will be some good guides available.
If you get stuck on any bosses, or get any items you want to know about though just post here, I'll help the best that I can.

Nice one Shinji... Get rid! :)

For any boss in this game remember that Flash is your friend.
Repeatedly summoning the same creature over and over again seriously builds up your power. Try and get 3 Catastrophe's off in two rounds (Remeber Kite, gives you two goes on the same turn)
I hit Dullahan for over 10,000 damage with 3 Catastrophes so...
And Doom Dragon is do-able at about level 42. That was the level I was at I think.
• Lutz #46 9 years ago

• Lutz #47 9 years ago

GameFAQs. Go there.
• Lutz #48 9 years ago

In a shop and from online stores like Amazon
• Lutz #49 9 years ago

Camelot are keeping quiet on GS3. Maybe, maybe not.

And I did them both in under 30 hours. ;)
• Lutz #50 9 years ago

Easy.
All my guys are at level 43-ish.
Dullahan is dead, and Doom Dragon managed to kill no-one.

It's easier at high levels you know? Try killing Dullahan at level 39.
• Lutz #51 9 years ago

You don't have to play the first, but it helps.
IMO the first is a better game anyway.
• Lutz #52 9 years ago

Well, you can get the most powerful summons in GS2 if you transfer the data from GS1
• Lutz #53 9 years ago

Doom Dragon is a wimp. It's Dullahan who is the bitch.
• Nemesis #54 9 years ago

Bloody hell! Lutz, the caretaker of GS2!!!!
• Lutz #55 9 years ago

Nem: Heh! :o)
I've adopted this thread! :)

Innocent Guy! 'Fraid not bud! Try Amazon though. If I recall correctly Amazon had it here (UK) pretty cheap.
I'd try the net before any high street rertailers though.
Seriously though, I'd recommend GS1 first, then GS2. :)
• Lutz #56 9 years ago

Innocent_Chibi: Good lad. You'll enjoy it I assure you.

Angus: Register. Heh. But there's not much demand for the game, and most people head over to GameFAQ's.
With regards to bosses: Star Magician was annoying at fist, but was an endurance test I found. Dullahan was tough for me simply cos I was at level 39. But I killed him in 5 rounds, so he wasn't that tough.
Hardest boss I ever fought was either the back to back fight of Motherbrain and Darkforce in Phantasy Start 2 or Ozma in FFIX (With no animal side quest completed and on about level 34)
GS2 was pretty easy, but had some novel bosses which made up for it.
• Lutz #57 9 years ago

Read the instruction manual of GS2 to get it.
• Lutz #58 9 years ago

Burst? Erm... Not sure!
Off the top of my head I think you may get it in Lemuria.
Have you been there?
• Lutz #59 9 years ago

Nope, it isn't Lemuria. I just remember what you get form there.
• Lutz #60 9 years ago

Ah!
Go to the top of the Tundaria Tower. You get it there. :)
• Lutz #61 9 years ago

To get Orihalcon go kill Sky Dragons in Anemos Sanctum. Finish them off with a Jupiter Djinn.

As for two sol blades, no, sorry. Only ever had the one.
• Lutz #62 9 years ago

Racoondog, you need to use the spell "Blaze" on the things that look like mini bunsen burners. This will help you out. :)
Also look for any big chunks of ice with cracks in them, and use the spell "burst" on the crack.
• Lutz #63 9 years ago

Cheers you young grasshopper. :)

• Lutz #64 9 years ago

Rope? You mean you have rope on the ground and you want to use it?
You need a spell. You get it almost straight away in the game. Go to the first town, then go south. Follow the path and you'll reach a temple. Complete the temple and you'll get the spell necessary to use rope.
• Lutz #65 9 years ago

No probs mate.
If you get stuck again just post here and I'll see what I can do for you.
• Lutz #66 9 years ago

How do you mean you can't get through it? You'll have to be more specific, Yampi Desert is a big place mate. :)
• Lutz #67 9 years ago

Erm... IIRC go south. There should be patch or something on teh ground. What spells do you have? Try Whirlwind or something on the leaves that you might find.
• Lutz #68 9 years ago

Go south, and then east. There should be either a path or something you can use magic on.
• Lady Uzume #69 9 years ago

...Since when do people ask complete strangers how to complete a game? By the way, I have a guide to GS2. Anybody wanna know any tips!?
• Lady Uzume #70 9 years ago

I'm from the US and i just stumbled on this site through Google. If anybody wants any help with the US version, let me know. I'm almost done with the game. I just have to light Mars Lighthouse.
• Lady Uzume #71 9 years ago

Damn...just got killed entirely by the Star Magician...
• Lady Uzume #72 9 years ago

I'm leaving. No one pays attention, so what's the point? Don't bother answering, I'll already be gone...
• Lady Uzume #73 9 years ago

You know, whoever programmed the songs on GS2 has too much time on their hands.
• Lutz #74 9 years ago

Lady Uzame: People have been asking strangers for help with games from some where around the 1979 mark I'd guess. Pay attention at the back.
The reason why no one was answering is that most people who come here are from Europe, which is in a complete different time zone. You posted at somewhere around my 3rd dream, 5 in the morning.

Right, Geckolover: I can't remember entirly what to do here, but it involved that patch of ground. You need to do something to it. Normally I would say reveal, but I don't think you'll have that yet. I'm 99% certain you need Scoop. This is obtained from killing the King Scorpion in the desert.

Are you at the scene where there's a bunch of travellers stuck in the desert? If so you should be able to go to the next screen normally, in the south east. From here you can progress on, using the Psyenergy Pound.

• Lutz #75 9 years ago

Ah but Angus it was hardly specific as to which part he was talking about. And you do need to start lighting teh torches to get the Dragons to fire...
• Lutz #76 9 years ago

Ah but Angus, there's about 3 or 4 pieces of ice IIRC... I didn't know which one he was on about. :)

I did think it was burst you needed though...

And Valukar uses summons does he? Wouldn't know, I'd killed him in 3 rounds.

And if you think he's bad for summons, try Dullahan. He will happily summon Charon against you followed by a Djinn Storm.

Now he was a bitch to kill, especially at the lowly level of 39.
• Lutz #77 9 years ago

And no probs on teh skydragon thing.

Bare in mind though that the Swift sword is one of the most powerful weapons in the game... Whilst is attack is only +104 compared to something like the SOl Blade at +210 or something it can be really useful. Give it to a character (I gave it to Felix) and give that character all the Cookies you can find, plus luck enhancing equipment like the jewelled crown etc. this was almost every attack you do will be a special with triple damage. It's animation is faster than Sol Blade too, making it a very handy weapon against normal creatures. Felix was whacking out 500 damage a go with that. Issac was getting 700 with the Sol Blade, but not as often.

And there's 2 Swift Swords... one imported from GS1 and one in the islands in the far east, in one of the shops there. Good sword to give Ivan.
• Lady Uzume #78 9 years ago

No ones here anymore. I'll bet all you are too busy with other games.
• Big-Swiss #79 9 years ago

how about PS2 version?
• Lady Uzume #80 9 years ago

Ok, i admit, i ask strangers for help too.
Lutz:You don't need help with the US version, do you? I think maybe in the US version there are some new summons...^_^
• Lady Uzume #81 9 years ago

Oops, sorry. I meant to help Pirotic.
• Lady Uzume #82 9 years ago

*spoiler*
To unlock the sound test, go to battle mode and go to the lady to the left who says "I like my men macho. You...don't work out much, do you?" and hold down R while you talk to her. She'll say "Do you have a song request?" and depending on how far you are in the game she'll give you numbers 0-100. I made a partially complete guide to what song plays when, but I still have to do a few more songs. Thanks for hearin' me out. Now I have to go attack a cat.
• Lutz #83 9 years ago

Lady Uzume: The UK and US versions are the same. Summons and everything. Pirotic made that post over 7 months ago. :) He's finished it now.
Gecko lover, you HAVE to fight the King Scorpion. He's easy though, don't worry. Low attack, but he takles a while. He's in the Yampi Desert. Go there, go to the mayor and then go down, then to the right. Follow the puzzles through using the spell "pound" then fight him. He will give you scoop.
• Lutz #84 9 years ago

You get pound from a Djinn in the Dehkan Plateau. You have to catch it.

Can you do us a favour, let me know where you are when you say "A town." :)
• Retroid #85 9 years ago

"Can somebody tell where to download golden sun 2?"

Go and bloody buy it, you sodding halfwit!
• Lutz #86 9 years ago

Brenden, ignore the part in the ice for now. Which aprt do you have at the moment?

And well said Angus.
Anyone who wants to download the ROM go and fuck off or better yet buy the original game and support the developers.
• Lutz #87 9 years ago

Sheik: I agree, Issac was better.

A.T. Any level really. What levels are Felix and Issac on? If you let me know this, I'll give you some advice for killing Doom Dragon.
• Lutz #88 9 years ago

Erm, Geckolover, you should be able to just follow the path round to get him. I never had any problems getting to him... ??
• Lutz #89 9 years ago

Right, my levels were slightly higher, but I had all the Djinns and had done the side quest that you can do if you have all the Djinns.

Basic tactic for Doom Dragon.

Split your party into two, each party must have a Fire, Earth, Wind and Earth adept. I left them in originla parties.

Give each adept his own Djinn (So Issac gets Earth Djinn)

Make sure that Jenna and Mia are in seperate parties.

Make sure that the Djinns Flash and Shade are in seperate parties. Give flash to the fire adept in the first party (Probably Garet) and give Shade to the water adept in the second party (Probably Piers).
Give Both Lull and Kite to Ivan.

In the first party of Issac, Garet, Ivan and Mia you want to the following attack patterns:

Issac: Use Djinn (Any really. Attacking ones or stat boosts are best)
Garet: Use Flash
Ivan: Use Djinn, NOT Lull, NOT Kite.
Mia: Use a Djinn

Next Round:

Issac: Use Djinn (Any really. Attacking ones or stat boosts are best)
Garet: Set Flash (DO NOT SUMMON)
Ivan: Use Djinn, NOT Lull, NOT Kite.
Mia: Use a Djinn OR Heal if needed.

Next Round:

Issac: Use Djinn (Any really. Attacking ones or stat boosts are best)
Garet: Use Flash
Ivan: Use Djinn, NOT Lull, NOT Kite.
Mia: Use a Djinn OR Heal if needed.

Next Round:

Issac: Use Djinn (Any really. Attacking ones or stat boosts are best)
Garet: Set Flash (DO NOT SUMMON)
Ivan: Use Kite on Issac.
Mia: Use a Djinn OR Heal if needed.

Next Round:

Issac: Summon Judgement AND Thor
Garet: Use Flash
Ivan: Anything. Do not use Lull.
Mia: Use a Djinn OR Heal if needed.

Next Round:

Issac: Use Odysee
Garet: Anything.
Ivan: Use Lull.
Mia: Use a Djinn or heal.

Next Round:

Issac: Use Odysee
Garet: Set Flash
Ivan: Anything
Mia: Use a Djinn OR Heal if needed.

Repeat the above, allowing Mia to summon when she has 4 Djinn ready, or allowing Issac to summon them on his double summon.

If a member dies heal them. If two members die in the same round, let the party die.

NEVER REPLACE A MEMBER.

Once party one is wiped out the entire party will get replaced.

This time Jenna is your healer, Piers is to keep setting and releasing Shade (Who is a weaker version of Flash) Sheba and Felix should just summon and use Djinn.

It helps if you have Catastrophe, as there's a knack to getting three of him off in two rounds, which does about 12,000 damage.
• Lutz #90 9 years ago

A.T: You can't transfer the data twice into the same game I don't think.
Start a new game afresh in GS2 and use the link cable to transfer the data afresh.

Geckolover: I really cannot remember the exact layout of that puzzle, but I didn't have any trouble so I'm sure it ain't too hard...

I found this at another site, not sure if it'll help...

Head right on the next screen until you come to yet another Soft Soil puzzle.
In this puzzle you will want to intentionally fall, since there is a Mars
Djinni to get. When you fall, head south through the door and the head through
the door to your north. Head north when you get out of the cave to find the
Mars Djinn. He'll run, and fall into a hole. Follow him by walking on the
small hole directly above you. Head south through the door after dropping.
You'll see the Mars Djinn above you on a cliff. Head south until you come to
a vine that you should climb. Head north to come to the Mars Djinn that will
once again run. Follow him to the right. You'll now see the Mars Djinn on
a run-down old bridge. Follow him across the bridge (it won't collapse, trust
me :). When you catch up with the Mars Djinni you'll see him execute the move
Pound on a stone pillar. You can't directly follow him, so head back across
the bridge and climb down the vine. Continue going south until you come to
a series of tightropes. Nimbly cross them to arrive at a ledge with two tree
pillars with vines growing on them. Push the lower tree all of the way to the
right and then climb it. Hop to ledge and use Lash on the rope coil. Climb
it to get a Nut from the treasure chest. Climb back down and push the wood
pillar that you did not push yet all of the way to the left and then climb
down it. Head counterclockwise around the ledges and then head right. Climb
the long vine and head right to the next screen. You'll see the Djinni once
again selfishly wrecking the Stone Pillars before falling into a hole. Climb
down the vine and push the wood pillar to the right and then climb it. Hop
to your right and hop back and forth on the two stone pillars until the one
on the left breaks. Go around the platform and push the wood pillar to your
left and then climb it. Hop to the stone pillar to your left to have it
break. Now, climb up to the ledge in the middle and push the wood pillar off
of the cliff. Climb down the vine and use Move on the pillar you just pushed
off the cliff to push it to your left. Climb back up the ledge and hop across
the pillar to get to the ledge to your left. Now, head down the stairs. Go
through the first door you come to when going south. You'll now see that
punk Djinni behind another soft soil puzzle. Head near the door on the left
but don't go through it. Go right across the first X and step onto the second
X. Don't approach the Djinn because he'll pound you down to the floor below.
Head south from the second X, and then head across the X to your right and
out the door. Go up the stairs to your right in the next room. Head up and
to left and intentionally fall in east-most small hole. You'll land directly
on the Mars Djinn who still drop an item. This item is the Pound Cube, which
will allow you to use the Psynergy Pound when equipped.

• Lutz #91 9 years ago

A.T: You did what, transferred the data or killed Doom Dragon? Either way, nice one! :) And I'm male. ;)

Geckolover: Glad you got it sorted! Thanks for the tips, but I've already got them. I'm sure other people will find them useful though.

Millerlight: You should explore the island to the far west, look for any weapons in the sea and then go to Shaman Village. (It should be marked on the map that comes with the game) Of the two large islands it's on the top one.
• Lutz #92 9 years ago

Dunno A.T
It's an old RPG thing, main characters don't talk.

If you think Doom Dragon is hard you should try Dullahan. Now he is MUCH tougher...
• Lutz #93 9 years ago

A.T: There's 72 in total. 32 in the first game, and a further 40 in GS2 IIRC. And I'm 23.
The first main character of each game doesn't speak.
• Lutz #94 9 years ago

Vanny, say that agaion so that I can understand and I'll help.
To transfer you need the password from GS1 or a link cable, 2 GBAs and both games...
• Lutz #95 9 years ago

So how many Djinns ahve you actually got in GS2 now.
Have you got all 32 Djinns from GS1 in GS2?
• Lutz #96 9 years ago

Actually there's 28 in GS1 and 44 in GS2. My bad.
• Lutz #97 9 years ago

heh... OK A.T. :)
• Lutz #98 9 years ago

Pirace isn't liked here. Go away.
• Lutz #99 9 years ago

*Ahem* cheers angus, but he's already done it... look up a few comments (A dozen or so)

;)
• Lutz #100 9 years ago

Alasdair: You need to go through the sea of time next.
Go to the village on the top right hand side of the lower continent. There's a blacksmith there. If you go there there's a puzzle in the East of the village. This is the path through the sea of time. Go to the sea of Time, approach from the south. Use the puzzle to get through, then you have a big fight ahead of you.
• Lutz #101 8 years ago

That's like saying you're stuck in the game.

Where abouts? What part are you up to in these places?
• Lutz #102 8 years ago

Alasdair: "Go to the village on the top right hand side of the lower continent. There's a blacksmith there."

I can't remember it's name to be honest. Go to the first town and follow the coast all the way round going east, then south. You should get to a beech. Land and then walk north.

Raccoondog: Yes, there are 18 of them.

1st question, did you get all the Djinns from GS1? If so list the others that you have found and I will find the missing two for you.
• Lutz #103 8 years ago

Looks like you're missing steam...

He's in Aqua rock. He shoul dbe in a river IIRC? Use "Parch" on the water statue above him to dry up the river...

Is that the only one you're missing?
• Lutz #104 8 years ago

East from the first town in the game! Go to that place, where you woke up and wandered into. Then follow the coast East
• Lutz #105 8 years ago

Kezza: Can't remember! VERY early on though, just after "Rope".

Kez: You need "Grind" to repair the boat, which you get in Lemuria.
• Lutz #106 8 years ago

Nice one racoondog.

No news of GS3 yet. IIRC Camelot are finishing off a tennis game first before they commit to anything else.

Check out Shining Force: Ressurection of Dark Dragon though, soon to be released.
• Lutz #107 8 years ago

Hex-Man: No pirates here mate. Sod off.

• Lutz #118 8 years ago

From the top:

Blade: You've clicked ignore. Look in the top right of the screen… see edit profile? Go click it. There should be a box there that's ticked saying you're ignore unregistered users. Unclick it and save.

Alasdair: When you say you're at the sea of time, do you mean you can't complete it? Go to the blacksmith villiage. It's in Osenia, east of Alhafra. If you look on the map it's about 1 inch east and half an inch south. Go there. Go to th right hand side screen and listen to the whole song sung by the children. Then go to the sea of time from the south and move the ship in accordance with the song.

Erika: By Serpant Dragon do you mean the Dragon in Aqua rock? First off have you managed to turn on all 4 lights? You have to turn them all on (They look like crystal balls) otherwise it's invincible.

Coke: What are you on about?

Arin: If you want to know how to beat Doom Dragon read my post about a third of the page up. There's a massive post detailing what to do round by round to kill it.
• Lutz #119 8 years ago

coke, it's also Lutz with a capital Z. The only reason why you got a capital was because I wrote the reply in word, which autocorrected.
And is that many question marks necessary? You've totally messed up the text wrapping of the forum.

Erika: What level are you on, and what Djinns have you got (How many of each type?)
• Lutz #120 8 years ago

Erika: Nice one, well done.

coke: Nope, not got a clue what that bone in Lemuria does. Never figured it out.
• Lutz #121 8 years ago

coke, if you go and delete all of them question marks I will tell you exactly how get the turtle and water the dog.
• Lutz #122 8 years ago

Erika: With pillars in the way try pound. If that's doesnt work you need a spell called "Sand". Have you go it?
coke: You can edit your posts, or delete them.
• Lutz #123 8 years ago

Alasdair: In the poem the kids follow a path around objects. These objects are the same as rocks in teh sea of time.

When you enter the sea of time do you go in from the left to the right or from the bottom to the top??
• Lutz #124 8 years ago

Thunk: Use reveal around the forge.
• Lutz #125 8 years ago

Thunk: You need to go the shaman village. It's on the northern most continent, inland. Go there, and stuff should happen.
• Lutz #126 8 years ago

Odd. That's where I thought you had to go to.
After Shaman Villiage go to the Jupiter Lighthouse, west of the Shaman Village. Isaac should be in there.
• Lutz #127 8 years ago

Zanagan: Not a chance. Any links to piracy and the mods will get it erased.

Crash: Odd that mate, sivler only. Don't know why though?? Are you using two GBA's and a data cable?
• Lutz #128 8 years ago

Hmmm... in that place the only things I think you need are sand, pound and move.

Can you approach the pillar fom a differentg angle and move it into a dimple in the ground?
• Lutz #129 8 years ago

Erika: So yes, you had to approach from a different angle :)

You get hover from the Shaman Village IIRC.
• Lutz #130 8 years ago

crash: More than likly you're inputting it wrong, the password is about 350 charcaters long, so odds on you've got a mistake or two in there.
I know it sounds obvious, but go back and double check every letter.
Sorry mate, not much more than that that I can suggest, aside from buy a link cable and borrow a mates GBA for a moment.
• Lutz #131 8 years ago

Nah.

But isn't that in a chest somewhere, not a weapon drop???

The weapons I used mainly came from the blacksmith. Exceptions were the Sol Blade and the Swift Sword.
• Lutz #132 8 years ago

Crash17: I was on level 44 when I killed the end boss, so you can kill any boss at level 45. The Star Magician is a pain, but Valukar is easy, don't know why you're having problems mate, I got him first go without breaking a sweat.
And if you think the Star Magician is hard, try Dullahan. ;)
• Lutz #133 8 years ago

To fight Dullahan you need all the Djinn. He's in a dungeon that can only be accessed by owning all Djinn fom both games.

Leveling up? Hmm... I would say Anemos sanctuary, but you can't get there. Go to the Sea Islett (Where the little turtle takes you) if you have Teleport.
• Lutz #134 8 years ago

Bam: Make sure she only has Jupiter Djinn on her, no others.
• Lutz #135 8 years ago

Yep, the Phoenix "Series" of monsters are worth a bomb, but they have some nasty tricks up their sleave.
• Lutz #136 8 years ago

IIRC you have to talk to them with Issac in you're party. Not sure what happens though. You may fight them.

No probs on the questions mate. :)
• Lutz #137 8 years ago

I've heard nothing about meeting them in a cave, just the hotl room.
• Lutz #138 8 years ago

Or, Christian, fuck off you little pirating bastard.

Thank you.
• Lutz #139 8 years ago

First off: Anyone who wants pirate Roms: Get lost. Thanks.

Next, the trident is split into three pieces, one in south pole, one in the shrine near the beginning (Templ eof Geddess or something) and the third is just over the ocean near where Briggs comes from.

Next: You're stuck in Gaia Rock? Where? It's big you know.

Next: Got Piers? Can't remember what you do next. You do the VooDoo village statue?
• Lutz #140 8 years ago

Get two GBA's and a link cable.
• WoodenSpoon #141 8 years ago

Lutz you're being very helpful on this thread!

You feeling alright?

I think I might be getting a little harsh with the tards...
• Lutz #142 8 years ago

Heh... I've viftually written a walk through to the game in this comments section. :D

Including how to beat the hardest guy in the game. :)
• WoodenSpoon #143 8 years ago

I know!
Ah well,
I suppose you're helping needy children. In a way.
• Lutz #144 8 years ago

If by "ULITMATE SUMMON" you mean Iris, yes. And it ain't all that ultimate. A combo of Catastrophe and Eclipse is better,
• Razz #145 8 years ago

• Lutz #146 8 years ago

Erika: I postd the complete solution to Doom Dragon somewhere in here I think.

Matinez: Fuck off you pirating pimp!

Kyle Berg: No.

• WoodenSpoon #147 8 years ago

Aw, Lutz, you're the new Matt_Jon
• Lutz #148 8 years ago

• ruttyboy #149 8 years ago

Hey Lutz, do you know where I can get a moderately priced dinner for two in the Putney area? K tks!
• Fozzie_bear #150 8 years ago

They're ba-a-a-ck.

Be afraid.

Be VERY afraid.
• Fozzie_bear #151 8 years ago

There's a little goblin character who has the teleportation psynergy about halfway through the game. You need to beat him up (with sticks and stuff) while shouting "Give me the secret of teleportation psynergy you goblin bastard!".

That should do it.
• WoodenSpoon #152 8 years ago

Or, you could go and buy the fucking game.
• otto #153 8 years ago

*much deletage later*

Oops, sleeping on the job, sorry chaps.
• Lutz #154 8 years ago

As far as I know you get Lift when you join up with the original party from GS1. (You'll join up with them even if you didn't transfer the data).

Garat or Ivan has it.
• Lutz #155 8 years ago

Actually you may not get lift. I've always transfered my party though...
• Lutz #156 8 years ago

To knock that log over you need "Force".
You get this later on the game.
• Lutz #157 8 years ago

Dingar; Re-read this thread, they're in here I think.
• Lutz #158 8 years ago

Don't speak to the cow first, just stand next to it and use Mind Read. Cast it normally.
• Lutz #159 8 years ago

No it doesn't you pirating little scum! Ahahahah!
• Lady Uzume #160 8 years ago

I've gotten SO close to beating Doom Dragon, only to find that my batteries ran out, and later I left it in my friends car, so now I've been waiting over a month to get it back. Stupid Reese.
• Lady Uzume #161 8 years ago

Hi, I'm back after, what, 5 years?...Okay, maybe 5 months. Oh, well.
• Lutz #162 8 years ago

Moses, Crossbone Island is not in Golden Sun 2.
Isaacs party joins up with you as you play the agme normally, somewhere near Jupiter Lighthouse I believe.

Lady: Stuck, or are you doing OK? Have you beat Dullahan?
• Lutz #163 8 years ago

Moapa is a walkover.
Try the Star Magician, or Dullahan...
• Lutz #164 8 years ago

The password way is 350 characters long...
• Homer Simpson #165 8 years ago

350 characters? Itll take forever to type that in and by the time u do ur gc wouldve crashed for being on for so long! Foolish!
• Daryoon #166 8 years ago

I pity whomever 'horny' is.
• Lutz #167 8 years ago

Kristal, you need Scoop I think. Do you have it?
• Lutz #168 8 years ago

You need the psyenergy "burst" I think, to blow up the rock that's sat on the sail/mast.
• Lutz #169 8 years ago

What giant Lizard? Where?
• Xinch #170 8 years ago

Scroll up about 7 comments
• Lutz #171 8 years ago

I beat Dullahan at about level 36, and Doom Dragon at about level 42.

If I can beat Dullahan at 36 I reckon I could do Doom Dragon at about level 30.

So cane his arse right now. :)
• Lutz #172 8 years ago

Make sure that no-one has any cursed gear equipped UNLESS you have the Clerics Ring. If you don't, DON'T use cursed gear. It's not worth it.
• Lutz #173 8 years ago

I'm sorry sir, but we don't have crystal balls here, and as such we are unable to know your email address...
• Lutz #174 8 years ago

You don't. You buy the game and play it on a GBA you cheap pirating whore.
• Lutz #175 8 years ago

Colour Riot:

Halt works over a space of 2, and you also have shadows.... if the statues can't see you...
• Lutz #176 8 years ago

No, You can do it on low levels. I killed Dullahan on level 34, and he's tougher than Doom Dragon.
• Lutz #177 8 years ago

Fuck off you pirating little twat.

k'thnx'bye!
• Lutz #178 8 years ago

For a couple of hints on how to kill Doom Dragon look for my posts on the 4th January 2004 on this very page. There's a detailed guide on how to do it with levels of about 43 ish for your party members, which is quite low.

To get Shebas Whirlwind back you need to give her a lot of Jupiter/wind Djinn.

I'm betting you've given her some other type of Djinn instead, or as well as. Just give her Jupiter.
• Lutz #179 7 years ago

Meghan: What levels are your party at, and what weapons do you have?
• Lutz #180 7 years ago

Meghan: Yes, that's fine.
In all honesty, your party is too low in levels. It IS possible to kill Doom Dragon at those levels, but it'd be tough unless you knew what you were doing.

Couple of things though:
1. Do you have all the Djinn from both games?
2. Use the swift sword for the "Earth" adept that doesn't have the Sol Blade.
3. Do you have the Clerics Ring?
• Lutz #181 7 years ago

You're fucked then.

Level up.

Seriously.
• Lutz #182 7 years ago

Pirating little scumbag...
• Lutz #183 7 years ago

Because we don't like pirating scum around here. Go out and buy it.
• ghearoid #184 7 years ago

aw, i've been stuck on this game for ages..!

i started playing without any guide or help but got stuck and when i finally looked on gamefaqs it looks like i can't make any progress as i didn't collect a certain djinn when i had the chance and now can't seem to get it

ggggggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!
