Reminds me of a game... let's see... "Mobster"? no, that wasn't it... "Organized Italy-descendant criminals"? No... Oh well, it'll come to me.

They could just be The Getaway-esque 'lets fool people with some prerendered stuff' shots. They look too detailed compared to what EA usually push out, but too crap to be renders so who knows!

I'm pretty ignorant as to what's real or fake unless it's darn obvious, but at least they seem to have gotten that browny Godfather look just right.

Does the guy in the fourth pic have a backwards firing gun?

The trailer on Eurogamer.tv got me suitably pumped, but this isn't the Godfather I remember.

Looks like it could be quite atmospheric. Though the streets look a little empty at present. Needs more hustle and bustle.

If this is in-game shots, surely there'd be a platform listed for it.

What on earth have they done with the HUD? its taking up a very large amount of the screen and doesnt look in the right style of the rest of the game. Guess its kind of early days yet though

I'm sorry, but the city and car-models look very poor. Mafia had a stunningly varied city and beautiful fully-realised historically accurate cars. Only the draw distance is better, and oh, being able to discharge a shotgun into the face of someone you're standing on.

EA have apparently given up on their (US) "Teen-rating games only" decision. Last gory EA game I remember was the lovely Clive Barker's Undying.
