Supposedly it's the PC version maxed out (including AA like all 360 games) and a longer draw distance.

Voice chat is supported but only other X360 players will hear it. Cross platform play with PC and PS2 has been confirmed.

Apparently there's so little difference between this and the next gen, that developers feel comfortable releasing the same stuff on both. That King Kong game as well.

They can fuck right off.

I hope the new consoles fail miserably in favour of current gen machines, like some sources predict.

Looks great considering they have to get it both running on the PS2, and the 360. Love some of the colours they've used. It's probably worth pointing out that a third of these screenshots are from the new expansion.
