There is a bullfighting game, The Togyu (Sega 1984), and it is excellent. Give it a try on MAME or something.

Looks like the artists behind El Matador need to be introduced to the word organic. Every location looks like a load of boxes.

About bullfighting games...

... we also have Ol�!, a Firebird game released in 1985 for the C=64, which was good, even if it was a little bit too hard.

A mod for a FPS could work well as a bullfighting game, but I guess the subject is too much controversial to see a public release. We all know killing pixxellated human is alright, but killing electronic animals can't be tolerated.

Two demo levels are available now.

It is like Max Payne, but crap. Examples:

- player movement too fast, floaty. It doesn't feel right at all!
- quicksave/quickload aren't quick
- turn the gamma up a bit so you can see on a CRT and mmm I like blocky textures!
- bullet time gauge might as well not exist
- taking damage blood flashes are distracting
- not enough Michael Greco
