Its some kind of D&D RTS with occasional dungeon-crawling sections...

Looks mighty fine, perhaps slightly low-poly after having been spoilt rotten by Dawn of War, but the general loveliness of the environments and draw distances might explain that.

It's the Eberron licence. (New D&D world).

And, as Shrimp says, its a D&D RTS. Which has some nice ideas too ...

The character design reminds me of Warcraft, low polygon with bright colours and a slight super-deformed figure.

so did Warcraft rip off D&D, or is this ripping off Warcraft?

Aye the style is reminiscent of Warcraft, although I really didn't like WC3 compared to say Dawn of War. WC3 was just a bit too traditional gameplay-wise for my liking. Have to wait and see where they go with this.

The video is worth watching (with the sound firmly in the off position).... battles with giant monsters look sweet.
