Sony UK not bundling HDMI with PS3

Despite US bundles showing up with cable.

Sony has told Eurogamer that it does not plan to start bundling an HDMI cable with PlayStation 3 hardware packages.

Earlier this week Kotaku reported on PS3 packages spotted at US retail bundled with a copy of LittleBigPlanet and an HDMI cable.

Sony has traditionally sold the PlayStation 3 with a composite cable, which does not allow for high-definition playback.
