I predict Monster Hunter PS3. The way PS3 has been performing the last few months in Japan I think Capcom know they'd be onto a homegrown winner. When PS3 sells well in Jpn it sells exceptionally well.

Hope they announce something new and exciting, this revival of E3 has been a bit rubbish so far, though it doesn't help that most games have already been announced/leaked beforehand.

But there were cool announcements: they announced a new, edgier, Metroid being made with Team Ninja :) and Super Mario Galaxy 2 (with Yoshi) :)

Sony for sure needs to show some good stuff today imo, if they want to have a chance against Microsoft. Microsoft got some great things going on, while Nintendo is the same old.. Hopefully Sony show something which makes me buy their console finally (ICO!!!)

still, if I look at a generic xbox thread I never see all that flaming. I guess the ps3 users (which are roughly equal in qty to X360 users) are just a little more mature.

I am hoping for a glimpse of Starhawk, the next Team ICO project and hopefully some cool LittleBigPlanet addon. With a new Super Mario Galaxy and Dead Space on the Wii, Left for Dead 2 and Alan Wake on 360 I am good for the next 12 months.

It feels as though so much of Sonys E3 stuff has been leaked or announced already that they couldnt possibly have much else to supprise us with.

I hope I'm wrong, but I somehow doubt that they'll top Microsoft for errr.... 'shock and awe' value.

(and I say this as a big PSP and PS3 fan).

Typically late from Sony. I remember a few years ago staying up until 2am to see it when i was 14 or 15 and it was incredibly late starting for no reason whatsoever.

I did get to see some IN GAME Killzone 2 footage though ;)
