Hopefully the Skate demo will have us all fluent with the control scheme, before the full game is released. Should be good fun.

interested in trying out the skate demo. see if it is actually as fun as the Tony Hawk games are (i leave 2+ years out between iterations)

skate sounds quite interesting, will be good to see how it actually works compared to the ludicrous 200ft leaps plus 7 tricks before grinding for half a mile antics of the hawkmeister.

That Youtube vid has almost sold the game to me. If they get the controls right, then the realistic approach should be great fun even just skating around doing fuck all, something which I could never do in the Tony Hawk game.

Looking forward to the demo now.
