"Full-on campaign" mode promised.

Space-based PC strategy title Sins of a Solar Empire is to get an expansion pack in the near future, according to Stardock boss Brad Wardell.

Speaking to Wired, Wardell said it'll include a "full-on campaign" mode and new playable factions.

Meanwhile patch 1.04 will be out in the next few days. Stardock is also working on patch 1.1, which will overhaul the networking system and allow people with supercomputers to enjoy even spankier graphics.

The only thing I didnt like about Sins was the lack of a true single player. This will make up for that. Too bad I have to buy an addon. But hopefully it will be worth it.
