SingStar gets 'Remote' features in June
Also: feedback for "natural vibrato".
Sony has announced new features for the June update to SingStar, including the ability to instantly edit playlists remotely from a PSP.
The "SingStar Remote" feature, as it's being called, will allow players to queue up to 20 songs even as others continue to sing on the PS3. That's according to a post from the game's producer on Sony's European blog.
The June update will also allow for up to 1000 members in a single SingStar club, stronger links between the SingStore and recorded videos, and some form of "feedback when you are singing with extra style using your natural vibrato", according to the post.
Consider that last one extra incentive to practice for those previously revealed online battles, also coming in June.

The create playlist feature... is that already in the PS3 SingStar? Or is it part-and-parcel of the PSP Remote aspect in June?

This might be complete bollox but ages ago I was speaking with someone who allegedly works on singstar and they said they couldn't do a lot of stuff because of odd copyright restrictions. That was one of the reasons you couldn't video a whole song and upload it, only 20 second(however long) clips. They wanted to but weren't aloud too. I guess the youtube thing is to do with copyright law as well.

Thanks for the info that sounds about right as I have put music on youtube videos and had emails from them saying bad boy!
so how does it work with the singstar web site as there are people singing on it and anyone can view it but you can't upload from the game to that site you have to copy them from your pc.
so you have to use a phone or video cam to record it then up load to that site.
It the singstar site and you should be able to upload to there then anyone can watch it!
