Scivelation unveiled for PC and consoles
It's a futuristic third-person shooter.
TopWare Interactive has picked up the publishing rights for Scivelation, a new third-person shooter.
The game is being developed by Ukrainian studio Black Wing Foundation. It's described as an "ambitious, story-drive, action game" which will "transform the third-person shooter genre into an unrelenting interactive experience".
Scivelation is set in the distant post-apocalyptic future, when an oppressive global dictatorship known as the Regime has risen to power. You play a member of the resistance, waging war on the evil tyrant types and, as Hasselhoff would say, Looking for Freedom.
The game is down for a release on "PC and next-gen consoles" in 2010.

What's their next game going to be called? Fantafuckery?
EDIT: Actually, Fantafuckery could imply some sort of erotic adventure with carbonated drinks, which sounds infinitely more fun than this...

My guess is yes, as well as space marines and lots of collectibles, and it will be open-world. You know, really original ideas that have never been done before.

I propose they rename this game to Oxymoron.

Deux Ex did that years ago and has yet to be surpassed in my mind (although bioshock did come close)
