Bad news for X360 owners, as the downloads will remain at the full price for perpetuity, whereas the boxed copies will hit the bargain bin in no time - it is one of Koei's Warriors games after all.

Tbh if I'm spending £20 odd quid on the game I'd prefer to get it on a disc not DLC.

Hmmn, is the £20 for a download of the whole game (Samurai Warriors 2 included) or just the expansion pack? I'd assumed the latter, but if it's the former it doesn't feel quite so much the shafting for 360 owners I'd imagined. Still a no-no for me, though. £6 for the occasional XBLA game's about my limit. Can't bring myself to buy a retail-priced game if I'm not going to have the option of getting rid of it when it gets boring/finished.

DLC? Pretty convenient...
Disc would have been better in terms of getting it cheap though

@DB2k

Dnt think there is a PS3 version. The boxed PS2 version will be cheaper than the 360 download for sure.
